Hoy comienza un proyecto un tanto ambicioso a la par que absurdo y surrealista. Somos dos personas con una única ilusión, recopilar imágenes de Milky por todo el mundo. Hace muchos muchos años vimos por primera vez el video “Coffee and tv” de Blur. Nos conmovió la tierna historia de Milky; tan breve pero a la vez tan intensa e impactante. Ese video es una reflexión profunda sobre la vida, la soledad, la búsqueda de desaparecidos, el Brit Pop, el amor, la familia y lo que hay tras la muerte; a la vez que remarca la importancia del calcio. Es una oda a las cosas pequeñas que pasan desapercibidas debido a nuestro frenético ritmo de vida. Luis Piedrahita nos abrió los ojos respecto a este tipo de detalles, gracias a él vemos el mundo de otra manera.
Pues eso, gracias al video, la imagen de Milky se quedó en nuestro subconsciente, dormida durante años; para despertar hace poco gracias a una web en la que te enseñan a construir tu propio cartón de leche: www.milkyfan.com/create.php
Creemos que Milky es un símbolo para mucha gente y que le debemos mucho. Así que, a partir de hoy, nuestro propósito será hacer fotos de nuestro Milky en distintos lugares y subirlas al blog que hemos creado para ello. Pero como no nos sobra tiempo ni dinero, no podemos viajar por todo el mundo, así que hacemos un llamamiento para que toda la gente que quiera se una al Milky’s Project construya su propio cartón y le haga fotos en cualquier lugar. Queremos a Milky en todos los países del mundo!!! Apoyad nuestra causa, uníos al Milky’s Project.

Many many years ago we saw the “Coffee and tv” (Blur) video for the first time. The tender story of Milky made us cry for a week; so short, but so intense… This video is about life, lonelyness, lost people been searched, Brit Pop, love at first sight, family, beyond death, brokers…; but it also tells us how important calcium is.

We think Milky is a reference for a lot of people, and we owe him a lot. So, from this moment on, our goal in life will be taking pics of our Milkies in different places and putting them in this blog.
